Quincy is good at farm managing, especially staff training, production planning, data analyzing, bio-security management, automation equipment selecting &using and farm audit.
Quincy led a group of backbones born in the 1980s to set up Xinhangdao Agricultural technology Co.,Ltd in 2015. This company is a management and consult company, which focuses on helping pig farms in production management and technical consult. They have helped many Chinese pig farms build bio-security and improved production performance & management efficiency.
Since the outbreak of African swine fever in Chinese swine industry in 2018, Xinhangdao has gradually developed into a self-breeding and self-raising pig enterprise with 15,000 sows, which integrates feed production, breeding&selecting and sales of breeding pigs, and production of slaughter pigs .
