Currently oversees a farming management project that has achieved an excellent PSY (Pigs Weaned per Sow per Year) of over 30.
Specializes in lean production management, cost control, and the development of modern farming systems. Has studied abroad in Denmark to learn advanced international pig farming industry chain management techniques.
