Prof. Hu is the winner of the Henan Outstanding Youth Fund, the outstanding young scientific and technological expert of Henan Province, and the scientific and technological innovation talent of colleges and universities in Henan Province. Her research interests are animal molecular virology and immunology, mainly focusing on the molecular epidemiology of piglet diarrhea coronavirus disease, the pathogenic mechanism of infection, new diagnostic reagents and new vaccines. Focusing on piglet diarrhea-like coronavirus, She has successively presided over more than 10 projects such as the National Natural Science Foundation of China's regional innovation key projects, general projects, national key research and development programs, and Henan Provincial Outstanding Youth Fund.
She has won 1 second prize of Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award, 2 scientific and technological achievements appraisal of Henan Province, 3 first prizes of Henan Provincial Natural Science Outstanding Academic Papers, participated in the formulation of 2 national standards, won 10 national invention patents, and published more than 80 academic papers, including 35 SCI papers.
