由河南农业大学依托“一带一路”国际生猪产业科技创新院联合发起的“一带一路”国际生猪产业大会（BRIPIC）将于2024年4月25日-27日在郑州国际会展中心举办，下面将为大家介绍参会的部分演讲嘉宾。

The "Belt and Road" International Pig Industry Conference (BRIPIC) is held by Henan Agricultural University in cooperation with the "Belt and Road" International Pig Industry Science and Technology Innovation Institute. BRIPIC is scheduled for April 25-27, 2024, at the Zhengzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center, Zhengzhou, Henan, China. Here we would like to introduce some participating experts in the conference.

张改平

张改平，中国工程院院士，主要研究方向为动物疫病致病性，病原快速检测方法和疫苗研发。张改平院士担任国务院学位委员会兽医学科评议组专家兼召集人，国家自然科学基金委员会咨询专家兼兽医学科专家组组长，河南省科协副主席，中国畜牧兽医学会理事。曾获国家技术发明二等奖，国家科技进步二等奖，全国创新争先奖，中华农业英才奖等奖励；国家杰出青年科学基金获得者，全国抗击新冠肺炎疫情先进个人等荣誉。

Dr Gaiping Zhang was elected as Academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering in 2009. Academician Gaiping Zhang’s research interests include pathogenicity of animal disease, rapid detection technique for major animal disease and food safety, and innovative vaccine development. Academician Gaiping Zhang is a member and convenor of the review group for veterinary discipline of the Academic Degree Committee of the State Council, advisory expert and head of the expert group of veterinary discipline of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, Vice-President of Henan Association of Science and Technology, and council member of Chinese Association of Animal and Veterinary Sciences. He was awarded with the Second price of National Award for Technological Invention; Second price of National Prize for Progress in Science and Technology; National Innovation Award; China Agricultural Talent Award; National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars; National Advanced Personal Honor to Fight against COVID-19, etc.

杨汉春

杨汉春，教授，国家杰出青年基金获得者，国家百千万人才工程，国家有突出贡献的中青年专家，国家973项目首席科学家，全国农业科研杰出人才。农业农村部动物防疫专家委员会猪病专家组组长、农业转基因生物安全委员会副主任委员。国际猪兽医学会（IPVS）执委会委员与主席、中国畜牧兽医学会副理事长兼秘书长、动物传染病学分会副理事长、中国兽医微生物学专业委员会副主任委员。

Prof. Hanchun Yang is a Distinguished Young Scholar of the National Science Fund, a member of national "Millions of Talents Program”, a State Young and Middle-age Expert with Outstanding Contributions, the chief scientist of the National 973 Project, and an outstanding talent in national agricultural scientific research. He is the leader of the Swine Disease Expert Group of the Animal Epidemic Prevention Expert Committee of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs and vice chairman of the Agricultural Genetically Modified Organism Safety Committee. He is the chairman of the Executive Committee of the International Pig Veterinary Society (IPVS), vice president and secretary general of the Chinese Association of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Medicine and vice chairman of the Animal Infectious Disease Association.

Han Soo Joo

Dr. Han Soo Joo，美国明尼苏达大学动物医学院名誉教授，1977年于澳大利亚詹姆斯·库克大学获得博士学位，主要研究方向包括伪狂犬病毒、猪流感病毒、猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒、猪细小病毒和猪圆环病毒等，曾获6项相关专利，发表SCI论文136篇。

Dr. Han Soo Joo is a Professor Emeritus at the College of Veterinary Medicine, University of Minnesota. He completed Ph.D. study at James Cook University in Australia in 1977. His research interests include pseudorabies virus, Swine influenza, porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus，porcine parvovirus and porcine circovirus. He published 136 SCI articles and has US patents.

John Haugegaard

Dr. John Haugegaard是丹麦Ø-Vet A/S公司兽医学博士，现担任丹麦兽医协会生猪分会会长。于1978年加入丹麦兽医协会，2007年加入美国猪兽医协会，2014年成为丹麦猪健康管理专家，2021年成为丹麦兽医协会董事会成员。

Dr. John Haugegaard is a DVM of Ø-Vet A/S and currently the Head of swine section of Danish Veterinary Association. He joined Danish Veterinary Association since 1978 and American Association of Swine Veterinarians since 2007. He was authorized as the Danish Specialist in Swine Health Management in 2014 and became a board member of Danish Veterinary Association in 2021.

田克恭

博士，教授，博士生导师，河南农业大学特聘教授。兼任普莱柯生物工程股份有限公司副总经理，国家兽用药品工程技术研究中心主任，世界动物卫生组织（OIE）猪繁殖与呼吸综合征参考实验室首席专家。田克恭教授长期从事动物重要疫病病原学、致病机理及防控技术和产品研究，取得了系列创新成果。荣获国家有突出贡献中青年专家、国务院政府特殊津贴专家、全国农业科研杰出人才、全国优秀科技工作者、河南省中原学者、河南省优秀专家等荣誉称号。

Dr. Kegong Tian is a doctoral supervisor and professor of Henan Agricultural University. He is the deputy general manager of Pulike Bioengineering, director of National Veterinary Medicine Engineering Technology Research Center, and chief expert of Porcine Reproductive and Respiratory Syndrome Laboratory of the World Organization for Animal Health (OIE). Dr. Kegong Tian’s research direction include pathogenicity, prevention and control important animal diseases. He is a State Young and Middle-age Expert with Outstanding Contributions, an expert receiving government special allowance of the State Council, a National Outstanding talent in agricultural scientific research, a National outstanding scientific and technological worker, and a distinguished expert of Henan Province.

何启盖

华中农业大学动物医学院教授、博士生导师，国家生猪产业技术体系岗位科学家、农业农村部兽用诊断制剂创制重点实验室主任，中国兽医协会猪兽医分会会长，亚洲猪病协会（Asian Pig Veterinary Society）国家理事。主要从事非洲猪瘟、伪狂犬病、猪流行性腹泻、格拉瑟病等重要猪传染病诊断与防控、净化措施，研制猪伪狂犬病基因缺失灭活疫苗、猪圆环病毒病灭活疫苗和猪流行性腹泻IgA-ELISA等新型生物制品，常年到生产一线服务养猪业。

Dr. Qigai He is a professor and doctoral supervisor of the College of Veterinary Medicine, Huazhong Agricultural University. He is a scientist of the National Pig industry technical system, director of the Key Laboratory of Veterinary Disease Diagnosis and Preparation of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, President of the Chinese Veterinary Association, and national director of the Asian Pig Veterinary Society. Dr. He mainly engaged in the diagnosis, prevention and purification of African swine fever, pseudorabies virus, porcine epidemic diarrhea and other important pig infectious disease.

郑海学

郑海学，博士，中国农业科学院兰州兽医研究所所长，家畜疫病病原生物学国家重点实验室副主任。先后入选国家高层次人才特殊支持计划领军人才、科技部“中青年科技创新领军人才”、中国农业科学院“青年英才”“农科英才”，是农业部兽药评审专家，甘肃省遗传学会副理事长，中国畜牧兽医学会兽医公共卫生学会常务理事，中国畜牧兽医学会口蹄疫学分会理事，中国微生物学会兽医微生物专业委员会委员，J Virol和Vaccine等期刊审稿专家。

Dr. Haixue Zheng is the Director of Lanzhou Veterinary Research Institute, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences. He has been selected as a leading talent of the National High-level Talent Special Support Program, a "Young and Middle-aged Scientific and Technological Innovation Leading Talent" of the Ministry of Science and Technology, a "Young Talent" and "Agricultural Talent" of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, a veterinary drug review expert of the Ministry of Agriculture, a vice chairman of the Genetics Society of Gansu Province, an executive director of the Veterinary Public Health Society of the Chinese Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Association, a director of the Foot-and-Mouth Disease Branch of the Chinese Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Association, a member of the Veterinary Microbiology Professional Committee of the Chinese Society of Microbiology, and a reviewer for J Virol and Vaccine.

张桂红

教授，国家生猪现代产业技术体系岗位专家、广东省动物源性人兽共患病预防与控制实验室主任、广东省畜牧兽医学会猪病专业委员会主任、华南农业大学非洲猪瘟防控技研究中心主任，广东省“千百十”工程省级学术骨干培养对象。现为中国畜牧兽医学会畜牧兽医生物技术学分会常务理事；中国畜牧兽医学会畜牧兽医公共卫生学分会理事；广东省动物疫情预警专家；国家兽用药品工程技术研究中心学术委员会生物制品专业委员会委员

Dr. Guihong Zhang is an expert in the national pig modern industrial technology system, director of the Guangdong Provincial Laboratory for the Prevention and Control of Zoonotic Diseases, director of the Swine Disease Professional Committee of the Guangdong Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Association, director of the African Swine Fever Prevention and Control Technology Research Center of South China Agricultural University, and a member of the "Thousand Hundred Ten" Project in Guangdong Province. She is the executive director of the Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Biotechnology Branch of the Chinese Association of Animal Science and Veterinary Medicine; Director of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Public Health Branch of Chinese Association of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Medicine; Member of the Biological Products Professional Committee of the Academic Committee of the National Engineering Research Center for Veterinary Drugs.

魏战勇

教授，河南省高层次人才，河南省教育厅学术技术带头人，中组部第四批国家“万人计划”科技创新领军人才、科技部中青年科技创新领军人才。第三届全国动物防疫专家委员会委员，中国畜牧兽医学会兽医公共卫生学分会常务理事，第六届中国兽药典委员会委员，中国畜牧业协会兔业分会第四届理事会常务理事，河南省动物免疫学分会副理事长及秘书长。现任国家动物免疫学国际联合研究中心办公室主任，河南省动物性食品安全重点实验室副主任，现代畜牧业河南省协同创新办公室主任。

Dr. Zhanyong Wei is a high-level talent of Henan Province, an academic and technical leader of the Education Department of Henan province, and a technical innovative leader of the fourth batch of national "Ten Thousand Talents Program". He is a member of the 3rd National Animal Epidemic Prevention Expert Committee, an executive director of the Veterinary Public Health Branch of the Chinese Association of Animal Science and Veterinary Medicine, a member of the 6th Commission of Chinese Veterinary Pharmacopoeia, and the vice chairman and secretary general of the Henan Animal Immunology Association. He is currently the director of National International Joint Research Centre for Animal Immunology, the deputy director of Henan Key Laboratory for Animal Food Safety, and the director of Henan Synergistic Innovation Center for Modern Animal Husbandr.

王祖力

王祖力，博士，农业农村部生猪产业监测预警首席专家、国家生猪产业技术体系产业经济岗位科学家，中国林牧渔业经济学会养猪经济专业委员会副主任委员。现就职于中国农业科学院农业经济与发展研究所。主要研究方向为畜牧业经济与食物政策。

Dr. Zuli Wang is the chief expert of pig industry monitoring and early warning system of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs. He is the vise-chairman of the Pig Economic Professional Committee of China Society of Forestry, Animal Husbandry and Fishery Economics. He is currently working at the Institute of Agricultural Economics and Development, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences. His research interests include animal husbandry economics and food policy.

李建丽

河南农业大学教授，硕士生导师。2008年7月博士毕业后曾任职于2家上市公司，从事兽用疫苗产品开发、市场销售及技术推广等管理工作14年；2022年8月至今工作于河南农业大学，主要从事新型兽用生物制品及其工艺技术研究。

曾主持或参与国家重点研发计划子课题等科研项目12项，其中国家级4项，省市级8项；获省市级科技进步奖6项，其中省级一等奖2项、二等奖1项、三等奖1项、市级一等奖2项；参与研发国家新兽药4项；获得授权发明专利5项；参编著作2部，发表科技论文30余篇。

Dr. Jianli Li is a professor of Henan Agricultural University. After completing his Ph.D. study in July 2008, he worked for two listed companies in veterinary vaccine product development and marketing for 14 years. Since August 2022, he joined Henan Agricultural University, mainly engaged in the research of innovative animal products and technology. He has participated in 12 sub-projects of National Key R&D Program of China, including 4 at the national level and 8 at the provincial level. He has won 6 provincial science and technology progress awards, including 2 provincial first prize, 1 second prize, 1 third prize, and 2 municipal first prize. He has participated in the research and development of 4 national new veterinary drugs and gained 5 patents.
